Who we are
Axoveris is a France-based company building PIMARIS, a pipeline integrity software platform, and providing pipeline inspection expertise. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. To contact us about your data, write to privacy@axoveris.com.
What data we collect
We do not run analytics, do not set tracking cookies, and do not embed third-party trackers on this site. The browser stores a single local preference — your theme (dark or light) — on your device only; it is never transmitted to us. Your language is set by the page URL (/ or /fr), not stored.
Data we collect is limited to what you choose to send us when you contact us:
- Your name and work email address.
- Your company name and role, if you provide them.
- The content of your message.
How we use your data
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a demo or a quote, and keep a record of the exchange. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own use.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries directed at us, and — where applicable — the need to take pre-contractual steps at your request.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus the legal record-keeping period under French law. Deletion requests are honoured promptly.
Where your data is stored
Email correspondence is processed by our business email provider; this website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. We pick hosting locations consistent with our sovereignty commitments. For PIMARIS deployments, customer data is hosted on infrastructure each customer controls — that is covered by the platform’s own data sovereignty terms, not this website notice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@axoveris.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies. A single value — your preferred theme — is stored in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, and is read only by your browser; your language is determined by the page URL, not stored. Clearing your browser’s storage removes it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will also be communicated to active correspondents.
